This agreement is between the user ("User", "you") and Laskento ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing the Laskento platform or downloading our software, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other content you submit to Laskento regarding the Service ("Feedback") is entirely voluntary. We will be free to use such Feedback as we see fit and without any obligation (including payment) to you.
The Service and its original content (including but not limited to software blueprints, documentation, design, and graphics), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Laskento and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of Finland and foreign countries.
Our Service relies on third-party services, including Supabase (for database hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the software will function uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Laskento, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Laskento and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
